As the founder of this small, woman-owned business and a woman living with disabilities, I have endured numerous medical challenges, life-changing procedures, personal hardships, and obstacles that have tested my strength in ways I never imagined.
My journey has not been easy, but I refuse to allow my circumstances to define my abilities, limit my dreams, or determine my future.
Living with disabilities has given me firsthand knowledge of the importance of reliable transportation, independence, compassion, and being treated with dignity and respect.
My greatest motivation comes from my son, Immanuel, a United States Air Force Airman, whose memory and legacy are the foundation of this company.
I founded Immanuel's Regional Transit LLC to turn my experiences, determination, and love for my son into something meaningful — a company where every passenger is treated as an individual, not just another ride.

Our courteous drivers provide personalized door-to-door assistance, helping passengers travel safely from their home or pickup location to the vehicle and from the vehicle to the entrance of their destination. We understand that some passengers may need additional time, a steady hand, or assistance getting in and out of the vehicle. Our goal is to make every journey comfortable, respectful, and stress-free.
At this time, we do not provide wheelchair-accessible transportation, wheelchair rides, or stretcher transportation.

We are authorized to provide non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, subject to applicable Medicaid program requirements, broker arrangements, and availability.
